Come on out and watch how one goes about training a SAR dog. Massachusetts Rescue and Recovery K9 Unit (MARK9) is a charitable, non-profit volunteer search and rescue (SAR) organization that is dedicated to the training of search dogs, handlers and support personnel in order to provide professional and highly-skilled canine teams in the event of an emergency response event. Upon request of law enforcement agencies and fire/rescue departments, MARK9 can provide trained search dog teams to assist in locating lost and missing people anywhere within Massachusetts.
